Pastor Brian is a graduate of Samford University (B.A.) and Beeson Divinity School (MDIV). He has completed studies with Yad Vashem’s Christian Leadership in Jerusalem, Israel and the Olive Tree Foundation. In July of 2012, Lime Branch Baptist Church in Cedartown, Georgia called him as Senior Pastor. He is a member and active with the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) since 2015.
A great day for Brian is spending half studying the infallible Word of God and the other half being around people. He is passionate about loving others with the truth. Brian enjoys a small-town atmosphere where people really get to know others. Relationships matter. After all, Jesus spent His time on this earth making and developing friendships with others.
The Crisp family lives on a small hobby farm in Floyd County, Georgia were they enjoy horse riding, raising chickens, calves, sheep, and growing fruits and vegetables. He is a member of the Farm Bureau, Arabian Horse Association, Polk County Beekeepers, The Golden Retriever Clube of America, and Georgia Cattlemen’s Association. Brian is married to Jennifer and they have two children. The Crisps also have five dogs, Lottie, Dagger, Ivy, Brittle, and Ruger. The Crisp raise Golden Retrievers.
